GUIDELINES FOR CONTRIBUTORS Manuscripts should be submitted in final form by email to the to the Editorial Secretary saje@up.ac.za and only in MS Word, and accompanied by a 100 word abstract. All papers should be professionally edited. A professional fee of R8 per 100 words will be charged if editing is left to the Managing Editor.
Tables, equations and diagrams should be kept to a minimum. Diagrams and Figures should be clear and professionally drawn in Excel and drawn into the manuscript. Caption in Italics, 10 pt. Legend below, 7 pt. References in Harvard font. Please ensure that only the Garamond font is used throughout each article including any equations, graphs, legends, figures, diagram headings, etc. Scanned text, tables, figures and diagrams greatly reduces printing quality and may be rejected. Only black and white graphs and/or images are allowed, so please avoid color images. Each article is subject to an electronic submission fee of R150 / $30 payable to:
